Frank's AX Stack

Purpose:

    I take are Trisorbagen every day with all six of my meals. It increases the absorption and duration of all my meals, vitamins and supplements that I take. The stacks that I use are Superdrol, Hyperdrol and Retain for 5-6 weeks on. Then change to Mass FX, Hyperdrol for the next 5-6 weeks. When I'm getting ready for shows I always use Stimulant X. It's the best for burning body fat, keeping you focused and motivated. Most of the supplements I use are from Anabolic Xtreme, for me they work the best.

Stack Composition:

    I always take my stacks 30-45 minutes before I train. I find that I have more intensity and get great pumps taking it this way. I use Hyperdrol, Superdrol, Retain and Stimulant X when I'm dieting for a show or just trying to get lean. I feel this combination works the best for dropping the most body fat while keeping all your muscle.

    Each Supplement works a little different. Hyperdrol is great for putting on lean muscle and making my muscles rock hard with no water retention or estrogen conversion, it also keeps my tendons just as strong as my muscle. Superdrol also helps me put on lean muscle, this stuff is awesome pre-workout. I get insane pumps and great workouts as soon as I hit the gym. The Retain is a great cortisol blocker, it helps me recover faster and hold on to more muscle while I'm dieting. The Mass FX helps me put on as much size as I can handle when I'm trying to grow and put on more size. I like to mostly use the Stimulant X only when I'm dieting. I like to change the stacks every 5-6 weeks so my body does not get used to it.

Don't Skip Cardio:When I am not preparing for a show, I do 30 min of cardio four days a week first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. When I am preparing for competition, I do one to two hours a day.

    12 Egg whites
    1 Cup of oats
    1 Serving cinnamon apple mixed together

    Meal 2 (Post Workout)
    Whey protein isolate mixed with vitargo

    5oz. Chicken
    4oz. Top round
    300g Jasmine rice

    Meal 4
    9 oz. Chicken breast
    250g Jasmine rice

    Meal 5
    Same as meal 2 when training twice a day

    Same as meal 3 with 250g of jasmine rice
