Hi, I'm Joni. I want to share my passion for
fitness with you because of the way it has changed my life and the lives of my
clients. I have created www.workoutsforwomen.com to provide a
unique way for more women to enjoy the benefits of personal training.
The great thing about this program is that you don't have to adhere to a
trainers schedule. You workout when it's convenient for you, while receiving
individualized workouts and guidance from a Certified Personal Trainer, at a
fraction of the cost of working with a trainer in the traditional way.
Having had the experience of working with women of all ages and fitness
levels --- I know how to get results that women want. I've created various
programs that combine strength training and cardiovascular exercise into one
workout. These workouts are time efficient, easy to follow and they really work.
I am dedicated to helping you reach your goals. I look forward to working
with you on your fitness program. I am available for your via e-mail at joni@workoutsforwomen.com.
