Ken Kashubara started hanging out in weight rooms when he was thirteen years old. He hasn't left. He trained for a variety of different sports with different goals in mind - gaining mass for football, losing mass for road races and rehabilitating injuries.
After earning his degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, Ken became certified as a Personal Trainer. The National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise currently certify him. He is also a certified Metabolic Specialist (New Leaf Fitness).
Ken has trained individuals and groups, helping people lose hundreds of pounds. His customers lost over 800 pounds in 2006 alone!
Ken has trained a plethora of junior, senior high school, college and professional athletes. His clients play a variety of "Big 4" (football, basketball, baseball & hockey) sports as well as bodybuilding and figure competitions.
Many of Ken's clients fall into the category of "special populations." These groups include senior citizens, post-physical therapy, pre- and post-natal and youth.
All employees and / or future employees of Kash Personal Training are certified by federally accredited organizations. Ken and his employees are professional and eager to help.
