Hence my
reason for building a team of fitness professionals that can utilize tools
and plans contained within this site to help you reach your
goal.
Looking back
at the winter of 2004, my cholesterol was out of control while my blood
pressure began to run higher. To make things worse the medications I
started taking had bad side effects. At 38 Years my quality of
life was starting to diminish, how could this happen to me? I’ll
tell you how, little to no exercise and poor eating habits. Unfortunately
like most of us we are programmed from birth to eat the wrong foods.
Take a look around obesity is an epidemic which can lead to heart disease
and other health problems. So, I made the decision to change and do
whatever was necessary to live a fuller healthier lifestyle, and that’s
just what I did after reading some helpful information contained in “Grow Young with
HGH”.
“Grow Young
with HGH”, written by Dr. Ronald
Klatz, has reliable information based upon multiple / proven studies performed by
Dr Klatz and his colleagues. His research has proven that if one increases
their HGH levels than you can quickly:
- Lose Fat, Build
Muscle
- Lower Blood Pressure and
Cholesterol
- Strengthen the Immune
System
HGH stands for
Human Growth Hormone. HGH helps us to retain our youthfulness as
well as reverse deteriorating factors which ultimately lead to poor health
and or chronic disease. Unfortunately, HGH levels start to
decline when we reach 30 and could be non-existent by the time we reach
our sixty’s. No need to be concerned as Dr. Klatz’s has documented

I decided to

signed up with a local Gym. I followed the guideline of the program and started with a simple low
impact weightresistance program
which lasted about (3) three
weeks. Shortly thereafter, I invested in a
trainer for a couple of weeks. Trainers can perform wonders and will get
you over hurdles you never imagined possible. During my
trainer phase I started on my essential supplement
plan of protein shakes 2-3 TIME
PER DAY, multivitamin with fish-oil and MHP TRAC pre-workout. TRAC
taken 30-60 minutes prior to your scheduled work out will enhance HGH,
increase endurance & strength. And greatly assist with muscle
recovery. For me the results were absolutely astounding,
six weeks into my program, I lost about 6.5lbs of body fat and
gained about 8lbs of lean body mass (muscle); talk about getting
fired up!
