Delicious Pumpkin Protein
Shake
Introduction
Add some fall flavor to your everyday protein shake with
pumpkin.
Ingredients
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup 2% evaporated milk
- 1 cup vanilla flavored soy milk
- 2 packets Splenda
- Cinnamon (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions
Combine ice cubes and all other liquid ingredients to blender, then add
remaining dry ingredients. Blend until thick consistency is

Recipe Variations
For those lactose intolerant, you may remove evaporated milk and add
additional cup of soy milk (may even chose vanilla soy milk). A vanilla
protein powder is preferable for this recipe, but you can try other
flavors.
