Payment Methods
There are 3 methods of payment available:
1) Credit Card - At Source1Nutrition, we accept the following
credit cards:

2) Money Orders - To place an order
using a money order, follow the checkout process as normal and select “Money
Order” as your payment method. Obtain a money order for the total amount,
including shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). Mail the money order
and a copy of the invoice (emailed to you) to:

Please make money orders payable to: Source1Nutrition Money orders must be
in U.S. funds. Products will not be sent until the money order is received.
3) Personal Check - We will gladly accept your personal check,
but please understand it may delay processing. We do not ship orders until we
receive payment, and the check clears deposit. To place an order to be paid
with a personal check, simply select “Personal Check” as your payment
method. Make your check payable to the same address as with Money Orders (see
payment option #2). Please allow an extra 7 days for orders by personal check.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. A $29.00 fee will be charged
for returned checks.
C.O.D. Orders - C.O.D. Orders are not accepted at this time
Note: All orders shipped within Ohio will be charged Ohio Sales Tax at a fixed rate of 6.50%
Shipping Information
Orders received before 12:00pm EST will
be shipped within 24-48 hrs, as long as the product is in stock, we usually require one
day for order processing to take place. Orders received over the
weekend will be processed on Monday and shipped on the next business day or Tuesday. Shipping will be via UPS Ground Service at a Flat Rate of
$6.95 for orders within the 48 contiguous states up to 5lbs. All orders over 5lbs. will
be charged at .40 per lb additional rate. Any order over 100 lbs. will have
to be evaluated for shipping costs on an individual basis. Depending on product availability, orders shipped UPS Ground usually
arrive within 1-5 business days from the time your order has shipped, NOT from
the day you ordered.
Note: At the discretion of Source1Nutrition, we may substitute a comparable FedEx service in place of UPS.
Free shipping qualifications:
FREE Shipping is offered Via UPS Ground on orders off $199 or more within the 48 contiguous
states (excluding ready to drinks (RTD's), liquids which are very heavy, military orders and the LivingFuel Product Line). Source1Nutrition may decide to substitute USPS shipping or FedEx over UPS Ground, and will inform the customer of this change. Only orders placed online are eligible for
FREE Shipping.
Other shipping options:
Next Day, Second Day and Three Day air service is available, but must be paid
in full by the customer. Shipping charges are based on the weight and
destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges in our shopping
cart prior to placing your order and can then decide which method is right for
you.
PO Box, Military APO/FPO and International - Orders will ship US Mail within
3-5 business days and will be charges actual USPS rates plus $3.00 processing
fee per order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses corrected by UPS will be
subject to a $5.00 address correction fee, and reshipping charges, unless it is
an error on our part.
Order Tracking
You may track your order from the Source1Nutrition.com site.When your order
ships, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has shipped
along with a UPS Tracking number if requested. Select the “order tracking”
link at the bottom of the home page and insert your tracking number. You will
see the information regarding your package shipment including: ship date, location
and time of each UPS scan, delivery address and scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation of Order
Order cancellation of an in stock item before the item is shipped, will be
subject to a 6% administrative charge
Order Cancellation will not be allowed after the item has shipped
If sufficient information is not supplied to ensure proper shipment of your
order, it will be cancelled
Ordering against specific state regulations will result in order cancellation
Return Information
Returns must be approved within 14 days of receipt, and received at our distribution
warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

If product is unopened and unused, return shipping charges must be
prepaid by customer

If product was damaged, incorrect or defective we will arrange for
UPS to pick the product up from you

A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns

Closeout and discontinued items may not be returned.

For any opened items, you must deal directly with the manufacturer.
If you are unsatisfied with a product based on the fact that it did not work
for you, did not like the flavor etc… Please contact the manufacturer
directly, some manufacturers provide a warranty on their products. No refund
will be allowed in these cases.

All returns MUST be properly insured. If your return is not insured
and gets lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable
Note: We cannot accept
returns on any Muscletech products. Muscletech products
must be returned to Muscletech directly. Please refer to the customer inquiry
phone number on the merchandise.
Backorder Policy
We try and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Occasionally, our distribution
warehouse may run out of a certain product. In this event, we will give you
an estimated time of availability and give you one of the following choices:
Canceling the out-of-stock items, or
Holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or
Receiving a *partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock
items when they become available
*Note: Additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these
partial shipments
Chargeback Policy
All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit
card charge placed on www.source1nutrition.com. There is no reason for a chargeback
to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue
it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that
your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.source1nutrition.com, please
contact us for immediate resolution.
You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit/debit
card by Source1Nutrition. If you chargeback a credit/debit card charge for a
payment initiated by you, you agree that Source1Nutrition may recover the amount
of the chargeback in addition to $25 by any means deemed necessary, including
but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or having the amount recovered
by a collection agency.
Product Disclaimer
